Scope of Today’s Class:

In this class we will be exploring the themes of Leo energy.  Leo is connected to the heart.  During this class, we will be guided by Garre through a meditation to center us in our heart space.  Then we will explore where our heart wants to go through art, specifically through the medium of pastels.  Using the pastels will allow for the flow creativity to come through us.  

 

The Big Picture

As we do this process, we can tune into our intention.  As we connect with our heart and this unconditional love and creative energy we identify this is the first ingredient we need for our intention to grow into a manifestation.

• Learn about the Moon’s significance in your natal chart and it’s impact on our core needs and emotions **

In this class, we will be tuning into how powerful our emotional being is and how it is connected to the cycles of the moon.  As we keep this in mind, we focus on our intention for the class & the series & how important our emotional state is when manifesting.  Essentially, we are sending our vibrations out the Youinverse/Universe which is a special language.  This is why being in our heart space, which is the previous step is so important because we can choose to amplify this vibration with our deep emotions from our soul.

During this class, we will be learning about the sacred traditions of the Native American Lakota Tribe.  We will learn to call in the directions, partake in a sacred Cacao Ceremony, & connect with each other through storytelling.  Acknowledging, the power of creating stories & noticing how tell stories in our life can limit us or expand us.

As we tune into to our intention for the class & the series, we ask ourselves do we believe it's possible to grow our intention into our manifestation.  Which stories are limiting us and which stories are expanding us?

In Lakota culture, their deeply rooted history is passed down generations to their ancestors through storytelling. Some of these stories were told in writing before words were ever spoken. Sherri Keenan will be telling the story of the Lakota Emergence. This journey together is an opportunity for connection, stewardship, respect, appreciation and awe. To help teach us about our true relationship to the Earth and all things. To many of the Lakota people, Wind Cave is where their creation story began. 

 

Wind Cave in the beautiful Black Hills is spiritually and culturally significant not only to the Lakota people, but also the Cheyenne and more than 20 different Native American tribes that have traveled in and around South Dakota and what would become Wind Cave National Park. Wind Cave was the first ever cave, sadly designated a national park anywhere in the world."

Scope of Today's Class:

We will be guided through a unique experience that will allow us to step outside our comfort zone.  Even if you are not in the mood to laugh, it's actually the best time to come.  We will be encouraged to laugh at things that may normally make us cry.  The key is to stay open-minded.  As we laugh our frequency shifts and we create new thoughts & emotions connected to what we are laughing about.  I encourage you to bring your struggles to this class and watch the medicine of laughter take effect.

 

The Big Picture:

Watch your intention from the class & the series be shaken up & shift frequency.  Notice where you might be feeling heaviness in regards to your intention before the class become lighter & send a clearer message to the Youinverse/Universe of what you are calling in.

The Scope of Today's Class:

“Once upon a time…” 

 

Probably almost every story you know starts this way, more or less. “Once upon a time, there was something or someone. And every day, the same old thing happened. Until one day something changed, and then the poop really hit the fan…and that was just the beginning. Until FINALLY…” 

 

You can deconstruct almost any storyline in Western literature or film and find this “story spine” inside it. (Go on. Try it.)  In this workshop, we will be learning to build on this spine to improvise stories as a group.

 

And because song is as ingrained in our souls as story, we will then improvise a capella music, listening to each other and using our voices and the percussion of our bodies to build compositions. (Google “Bobby McFerrin circle songs.” He’s a master.)

 

Finally, we will co-create a story with a score that we build in the moment.

 

We might make something funny, moving, sad, angry, silly…whatever we bring is ourselves and it’s good. And if nothing else, I’m pretty sure we’ll have fun.

In this class, we learn the art of communication with others.  This interaction with others is a reflection of our dialogue with ourself & the Creator.  As we harness this skills to communicate through words and sounds we can also tune into our intention for the class/ series and see where we can communicate more clearly.

In today's class, we will be creating poetry and songs in a group setting.  We will have the opportunity to collaborate with each other in a deep and meaningful way.  As Rae splits us up into groups, we will learn new techniques and explore the themes that are on our heart to communicate through music.  We will have the opportunity to also perform this for each other.  It's like going to band camp for 3 hours. 😊

In today's class we will be strengthening our bodies through the practice of yoga.  The added benefit of having beautiful, baby goats surrounded by us during this class.  This is an opportunity to pay attention to how the goat naturally operates.  Since the mascot of Capricorn ♑️ is the goat it is very special to have them with us & to what they teach us.

 

The Big Picture:

As we explore the world of yoga with baby goats, it's time to pay attention to where we are at in the manifestation process.  This is the first zodiac energy we have seen thus far that is an earth element.  This is the step where we are building our foundation and seeing physical signs within our manifestation process.  This is the step where we must make a choice and commit (whatever that means to you within your own manifestation process).

Scope of Today's Class​:

In this class, we will have a night of fun harnessing the many different aspects of Aries ♈️ energy.  Firstly, you are encouraged to dress in costume such as your favorite superhero or as a Viking or Warrior.  This allows us to connect with our inner child through the outlet of role playing & fun. Secondly, we will have a feast prepared for all of the warriors participating in the different game competitions.  This will include one free drink ticket for a drink (valued at $12).

Thirdly, we will have a meet and greet with some ice breaker games that you can win prizes, a game or two of Werewolf with more prizes, and then a Dutch Blitz Tournament for a Grand Prize, 2nd place, & 3rd place.

The Bigger Picture:

As we tune into the intention for both the class & the series we can see how much growth there has been in this process.  Aries ♈️ class will allow us to see that even in the midst of challenges there are always opportunities to take inspired action and empower ourself to move forward & have fun while doing so.  We can see how attitude plays a large role in this process & how stepping into the vibration of the pureness of a child can change everything.
